At Simuero, we take pride in the artisanal craftsmanship of our jewelry; however, if your piece isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code and the return shipping address.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn jewelry in its original Simuero branded packaging and protective pouch to ensure the item remains safe during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package using a tracked courier service of your choice; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs duties.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the piece to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
